Why I Still Believe Donald Trump Is Coming Back
Why I Still Believe Donald Trump Is Coming Back
My January 2021 cover story was titled “Why Donald Trump Will Remain America’s President.” Yet on January 20, Mr. Trump bid Washington farewell and flew to Florida, and Joe Biden was inaugurated president.
I have received some criticism for what I wrote. Perhaps some of it is justified. I made a mistake, and I don’t want to act like there was no mistake. I understand why some people were confused or upset.
However, I want you to remember what I wrote in that article. I am not running away from it.
What happened in America at the inauguration is not the end of the story.
God prophesies in the Bible, and His prophecies are sure! (2 Peter 1:19). However, He usually does not show the whole picture in detail or all at once. He often speaks in a coded way, and only later reveals that code.
God knows what He is doing, and He can certainly correct me if He needs to. He is perfect—but His servants make mistakes. Hebrews 5:2 says His ministers are “compassed with infirmity.” I do make mistakes, and I will make mistakes in the future. I am not trying to defend myself—but I do want to defend God and faith in God.
The word “remain” is an important part of that article and its title. I apologize for creating confusion there. But as I want to show you, even with Mr. Biden now in the White House, “Why Donald Trump Will Remain America’s President” might not actually be a mistake.
Two Sure Prophecies
I based my forecast about President Trump on two prophetic passages I have repeatedly emphasized over the past four years. I know these prophecies will be fulfilled, I am 99.9 percent sure my understanding of them is correct, and anyone can prove them!
One is in Amos 7. We have been watching this prophecy since June 1990, in the second issue of the Trumpet we ever produced. It speaks of a time when God is preparing to measure the destruction of end-time Israel—the United States and Britain—and He says, “I will not again pass by them any more” (verse 8). This is just before severe correction comes on these nations if they don’t repent. They are receiving their final warning.
The last part of verse 9 says this is about “the house of Jeroboam.” Verse 10 says, “Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent to Jeroboam king of Israel ….” Verse 11 says, “For thus Amos saith, Jeroboam shall die …” (this is not precisely what Amos said—see verse 9). Verse 12 describes a message from Jeroboam that Amaziah delivers to God’s people. Then verse 13 talks about the king’s chapel—speaking of King Jeroboam. From verse 14 on is about the Great Tribulation, the time of suffering that closes the age of man.
So the entire context of God saying I will not again pass by them anymore is the time of “Jeroboam”—an end-time antitype of King Jeroboam ii of Israel, whom I have said is Donald Trump (request my free booklet Great Again to understand and prove this important point). You can read Amos 7 and see how it looks like one flowing event. There is no hint of a gap or pause in Jeroboam’s reign. So you can see why I wrote the article as I did. It all looks like it is Jeroboam’s timeline.
This is clearly a prophecy about the very end for this nation, and Jeroboam is in power. This part of the prophecy has not yet been fulfilled. Based on this prophecy alone, we can be sure God is going to return Donald Trump to power sooner or later. As much as the radical left wants it to be otherwise, Jeroboam is not gone from the scene.
The second prophecy I have highlighted is in 2 Kings 14:26-27: “For the Lord saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel. And the Lord said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven: but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash.”
Here is Jeroboam ii again. This passage is history about this king—but it is also prophecy. It is from the section of the Bible called the former prophets. It was canonized by a prophet and preserved for thousands of years for us today. It is prophecy! The context, and the link with the prophecy of Amos 7, make clear that President Trump is an end-time Jeroboam.
“Israel” here refers to the modern nations descended from ancient Israel. Somebody is trying to blot out the very name of Israel from all over the Earth! This is someone motivated by the devil, who hates God and works continually to try to undermine and subvert everything God does. (Read my article from last month, “Barack Obama in Bible Prophecy.”)
The devil has successfully used the radical left to attack America, the superpower of end-time Israel. But God intervened and stopped him—temporarily—by the hand of President Trump. That has enraged them all the more. They have committed several treasonous acts trying to ruin President Trump—ceaseless condemnation, spying, a groundless three-year criminal investigation, impeachment. These attacks were all based on grotesque lies—and they know it and don’t care! That is diabolical evil!
God sent President Trump specifically to deal with that evil and to save Israel temporarily. That work is not complete. So this too shows he is coming back.
Why No Gap in the Prophecy?
Polls show that over 70 percent of Republicans believe the presidential election was stolen, and some 75 million people voted for Mr. Trump! A lot of Democrats also believe the election was stolen; I think many of them know it was.
I myself believe the election was stolen. I also believe that God has something to say about that stolen election!
Here is an important question: Why is there no hint in the Amos 7 prophecy about there being a break or pause in Jeroboam’s reign? Why doesn’t the prophecy tell us about this presidency being lost and then somehow being restored? You have to realize that God is invested in this Trump presidency. God Himself sent Mr. Trump to save Israel and keep the name of Israel from being blotted out because of satanically led people!
Is it possible that this prophecy doesn’t mention a gap because, in God’s view, there is no gap?
There is a lot of evidence of election fraud. Democrats spent all four years of President Trump’s tenure trying to bring him down, and here they finally succeeded. Yet the courts didn’t want to get involved. Politicians and the media did their best to cover it up. But God saw it all. He is the only one who knows precisely what happened.
Is God showing us that the election was stolen by keeping the flow about Jeroboam going in this prophecy? Perhaps He looks on Mr. Trump as still being president of the United States!
The view that the election was stolen has far more weight if that’s the way God Himself sees it! I believe this is God’s way of telling us the election was stolen! Other people will have to study this and decide for themselves what they think about it. Each of us has to make a judgment on this and walk by his or her faith.
The lack of a gap could speak volumes about the worst act of treason of all: stealing the election. The radical left has a track record of cheating, stealing and lying. They lie as a way of life! Anyone who acts that way shows that their father is the devil! (John 8:44). America’s Constitution was never intended to work for such people. It was made for a moral and religious people—not people who lie, cheat, steal and commit violence.
I’m not trying to defend my error (if it was an error), but I think there’s a reason God allowed me to write the article that way. It did bring me into Amos 7 again and got me to ask some questions. If there is a gap in Mr. Trump’s rule, why didn’t God include at least a word or two about it? There is nothing on it in Amos 7 that I can see. Isn’t that a kind of message from God saying Mr. Trump is still president? And if it is proved sometime soon that the election was stolen, and God ensures that this is exposed before the world, wouldn’t that make Mr. Trump president?
There’s an irony in all this: The title “Why Donald Trump Will Remain America’s President” may be correct. If Mr. Trump won the election, and God gets him back in there, isn’t that title OK? If God says he is president, who is going to stand up to God?
I do feel badly about some people being upset or angry, but that’s ok if God has something He’s trying to get across to them. We don’t ever have to apologize for God! He is always right in every prophecy and every word of the Bible. If we make a mistake, we have to realize that and apologize. I’m a flawed human being. We’re all going to make mistakes. But maybe this mistake is a little different from other mistakes. Maybe it led us into some understanding we direly need.
Sometimes God does things very differently than how we would. After all, He does have to get our attention. He knows how to put His message across.
Even looking at it the way I’m talking about it, you could say, Flurry made a four-year mistake in his prophecy. But the first-century apostles thought Jesus Christ would return in their day—so they were 2,000 years off in their thinking! And they certainly were much greater in doing God’s work than I ever will be! It shows you that there is much we don’t know that we have to wait and let God show us.
Finishing God’s Work
One thing is certain: God is going to bring Mr. Trump back. We know he’s coming back—it’s in the prophecy! It’s just a matter of when. It will happen at most in four years—yet I can’t conceive of it being anywhere near that length of time. It could be much quicker—we will see.
Why? Because with radicals in power, how could God’s work be completed? When the devil is motivating people, God’s work is their number one target! Already God had to intervene and stop the evil that was happening, or the name of Israel would have been blotted out—and God’s work is at the heart of that name of Israel. The devil would like most of all to get rid of us.
And look at how the left is now using its power in the media, technology companies and social media to silence anyone who disagrees with them! They are clamping down on free speech in a shocking way!
How many of our forefathers had to die to secure our freedom of speech and freedom of religion! But if the radical left remained in power for four years, how would this work escape their wrath? Only thanks to God’s protection.
I believe those who are now in charge stole the election! What kind of people are we dealing with?
We have to recognize that the radical left is interfering with God’s plan! Those criminals who helped steal the election are fighting against the living God! You can be sure God will not let that stand. God’s warning message is going to get out there. God will not let them blot out this work nor our message because we have a job to do! God opens doors that nobody can shut, and He will shut them when they need to be shut. So we will put it in God’s hands and simply trust Him.
I hope Mr. Trump comes back quickly, but I don’t know how God will do this. If this work is to survive and God does it the way He has in the past, we are going to need some mighty miracles.
If God believes the election was stolen, He must have a plan to take care of it—perhaps a lot quicker than four years. It might be four weeks, or four days—I don’t know. God is invested in this. I still believe He is about to do some massive exposing of how the election was stolen and other crimes the radical left is committing. I don’t know what God will do, but He could expose all this very shortly—and then what happens? If Mr. Trump had the election stolen from him, then it should flow right on with him being president. Time will tell if I’m right or wrong.
Amos 7:10 speaks of a time when “the land is not able to bear all his words.” That means God has a powerful message out there. Nobody will stop our message; that is clear. We have a message to deliver, and Amaziah—a Satan-inspired spiritual leader—will be helping Jeroboam. That indicates why this “saving” is so temporary: If Jeroboam doesn’t repent, and his followers, then God is going to have to correct him.
In verse 13, Amaziah tells God’s prophet, on behalf of Jeroboam, “Prophesy not”! This spiritual figure has said this to God’s work before (request our free book Raising the Ruins to learn more)—but we prevailed because we believed and trusted God. Still, Amos 8:11 shows that ultimately there will be a famine of God’s Word in the land, when God’s people are taken to a place of safety.
God has said He will pass by for the last time! People will either receive this message now and repent, or God will plunge them into the Great Tribulation.
Fantasy World
The radical left is committing diabolical acts, and still many Republicans won’t stand up for President Trump in his greatest crisis ever. They are faint of heart—that is the biggest problem, I think. Or perhaps they have political ambitions they want to sustain. Whatever the case, God’s view will prevail! That we know.
Former President George W. Bush attended Mr. Biden’s inauguration, along with Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. He said, “I think the fact that the three of us are standing here talking about a peaceful transfer of power speaks to the institutional integrity of our country.” Isn’t that wonderful? The election was stolen, but our institutions have so much integrity! How phony! Can’t this man see that if this were allowed to stand, the left would ensure their political foes would never, ever win another election? Thankfully, God is going to stop this horrifying tragedy.
Former President Clinton said that he and Mr. Bush “are both trying to come back to normalcy, deal with fatally abnormal challenges, and do what we do best, which is to try to make a more perfect union. It’s an exciting time.” What kind of leaders are these? He is talking about making a more perfect union—while America is on the brink of losing everything!
Mr. Bush told Mr. Biden, “Mr. President, I’m pulling for your success. Your success is our country’s success, and God bless you.” What a fantasy! Is Mr. Biden going to bring the country success? You know he isn’t, and President Bush ought to know it! Hasn’t he seen what those people have been doing for the last four years? Does he have any concept of the damage they have wreaked on America?
These leaders are now branding Donald Trump’s 75 million voters as “domestic terrorists” and repeating this lie incessantly! They are rapidly expanding their power to crush all opposition. They accuse millions of Americans of being white nationalists and white supremacists—and more and more people are coming to believe it! This does not bode well for the America’s future!
Mr. Obama said, “Joe, I’m proud of you, and you and Kamala need to know that you’ve got all of us here rooting for your success, keeping you in our prayers. And we will be available in any ways that we can as citizens to help you guide our country forward. We wish you God speed.” As explained in “Barack Obama in Bible Prophecy,” this man is running the whole show. He comes as an angel of light, but that is total unreality!
This nation is ready to die. America is being swamped by bad news, and God is warning that it is about to get far worse. Yet people will not listen! They are playing silly games! They are praising this “peaceful transfer of power”—when in reality, the left was determined to take over one way or the other, whether peaceful or not!
When will the Republicans see that we are in a deadly war?
President Obama had been taking the radical left to the point of “blotting out the name of Israel,” and God sent Donald Trump to stop it. Now Mr. Obama has command again! He has tremendous control in this new administration. I don’t think Mr. Biden has a passion to blot out Israel—it’s this end-time Antiochus we have to be concerned about, because he is motivated by the devil! This is what we are dealing with! Republicans can try to get the radical left to love them, but they will get nothing but hatred and lies! That is all you will get from the devil! That is his way of life!
More of Amos’s Prophecy
Look at the context of that pillar prophecy of Amos 7. The preceding chapter shows the dire reality we are facing: “Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came!” (Amos 6:1). This is talking about God’s Church, but it also applies to the “chief of the nations”—specifically America, Britain and the Jewish nation.
In this prophecy, God condemns “[y]e that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near” (verse 3). Our nations are being besieged by crises, yet these people act like everything is fine! The Tribulation looms, and they insist it is far in the future and of no concern.
Despite the impending horror, they serenely “lie upon beds of ivory, and stretch themselves upon their couches, and eat the lambs out of the flock, and the calves out of the midst of the stall; That chant to the sound of the viol, and invent to themselves instruments of musick, like David; That drink wine in bowls, and anoint themselves with the chief ointments: but they are not grieved for the affliction of Joseph” (verses 4-6). Joseph refers to Manasseh and Ephraim—America and Britain. These nations are in deep affliction! They are plagued by violence, crime, family breakdown, drugs, pornography, perverted music, upside-down financial structure, societal unraveling. Yet the leaders are not grieving—they are living it up! They just want their wine and their pleasures. You would be better off never to live if that’s all you have to live for! They don’t care about the people or the nation’s future. They have what they want, so they act like everything is alright—when nothing is right! Everything is wrong!
“The Lord God hath sworn by himself, saith the Lord the God of hosts, I abhor the excellency of Jacob, and hate his palaces …” (verse 8). God abhors what these people are all about! That is a strong statement! God hates their palaces and high lifestyles and lack of concern for the nations’ affliction!
Verse 7 shows that our nations are prophesied to go into captivity. Verses 9 and 10 talk about a nuclear holocaust! This is how serious these times are! This is the future of the three nations I just mentioned if they do not repent!
Terrible times are coming! Yet in many ways, it is exciting, because we are going to see more and more of God’s prophecies fulfilled. He is going to bring Jeroboam back for a time, to finish his role in prophetic events. He is going to continue the job of saving America temporarily through that man. It will be only temporary—but then, on the heels of all this, Jesus Christ is going to return!
Christ promises to bring true justice to Earth. He is going to eliminate the evil, and convert many of these people who are committing such atrocities today. He will fill the world with His wonderful truth! It is going to be beautiful and wonderful, and it will be that way forever, on out into the universe!
