Joe Biden and Barack Obama are using government agencies like their own personal weapons. And their would-be victim is President Donald J. Trump. You might think that the leaders of the National Archives and Records Administration, the Department of Justice, Jack Smith, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Southern District of New York, etc, each independently—coincidentally—sincerely believe that President Trump committed crimes and that they are duty-bound to follow where the evidence leads and prosecute him.

You would be wrong.

As they make more declarations of legal war against President Trump, more evidence is emerging of who is behind these lawfare attacks and what motivates them.

Three words: Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama and Biden’s criminal conspiracy against President Trump is being exposed. Newly released documents from the National Archives and Records Administration (nara) prove that the Joebama radicals worked directly with the National Archives to fabricate a classified documents case against Trump. This is a bombshell revelation proving beyond reasonable doubt that the ongoing Jack Smith prosecution traces back not to some honest workers honestly fulfilling their archival duties but to President Trump’s predecessor and political opponent.

After spying on Mr. Trump’s campaign, fabricating accusations of “Russian collusion,” forcing out National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, launching the two-year Mueller investigation, resisting all four years of the Trump presidency, interfering in the highly suspicious 2020 election, interfering in the Jan. 6, 2021, election certification, and forcing President Trump out of office, radical-leftist elites were not done with Donald Trump.

nara was arguing with President Trump about records he took with him after leaving the White House, a common practice. But rather than lawyers for the two sides continuing to hash it out as you would normally expect, the fbi went into President Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago, broke locks, and confiscated memos, letters, e-mails and other documents. The warrant from Florida magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart stated that the fbi was investigating a potential violation of the Espionage Act. (It failed to present probable cause that a crime had been committed.)

fbi officials said the raid was legitimate because the Department of Justice authorized it—and the doj authorized it due to a criminal referral from nara, which had received 15 boxes of materials from President Trump. The fbi found no incriminating evidence in its raid, but the Department of Justice appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith, who used the fact that the raid happened to charge Trump with 40 felonies.

Keeping up with it all might seem a bit complex, but just keep an eye on this main question: What crimes were committed, and who committed them?

A good clue lies within the increasingly obvious motivation of the doj and fbi under pretender to the throne Joe Biden. Investigative journalist Paul Sperry has uncovered that the fbi agents involved in this raid work in the same counterintelligence division that unlawfully investigated President Trump over the “Trump-Russia collusion” hoax. They investigated and hampered President Trump for almost two years over an accusation that traced back to bar talk, supposed Russian sources and even the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton!

As Dinesh D’Souza said during his Philadelphia Trumpet presentation at Armstrong Auditorium on Sunday: “The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution.” They’re not pursuing justice for crimes that were committed. They are inventing crimes as an excuse to aim the power of the federal government at Donald J. Trump!

Remember how White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted that neither Biden nor anyone at the White House “was given a heads up” about the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion? More than 300 pages of newly unredacted exhibits from the National Archives indicate that top officials in the Biden regime worked with the National Archives to sabotage Mr. Trump even after he left office. He was coming off of two impeachments and being illegally forced out of office, and they were still concerned that he would come back.

It appears that the Biden regime (which we have said from the beginning is controlled not by Joe Biden but by Barack Obama) has crossed yet another line and colluded with the doj and the fbi, as well as nara, to target its main political opponent. This is extremely serious! Federal police prosecute, convict and jail former leaders in Third World countries—as well as some First World countries in the not-too-distant past. It’s part of the cycle of corruption and dictatorship that so many countries have suffered.

The United States was supposed to be different! It was never the kind of nation where the head of government can enlarge, weaponize and utilize federal agencies against his political opponents. But now we have what are effectively shock troops raiding the home of a presidential predecessor without any evidence that this man committed a crime.

Trump understands this, so he had his lawyers ask U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon to remove many of the redactions on the communications between the fbi and the National Archives. On April 22, the judge authorized the unsealing of the files, and Mr. Trump’s lawyers found that Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Su was in touch with nara during much of 2021. This contradicts the White House claim that it had no “heads up” until after the Mar-a-Lago raid. By the time armed fbi agents broke the locks in Mar-a-Lago, the White House had been involved in the documents case for months.

No wonder Jack Smith redacted those communications and opposed Judge Cannon’s unsealing: He didn’t want the nation to know the White House was plotting with the doj and nara to set Trump up for effectively taking home a birthday party menu, a cocktail napkin, a list of telephone numbers, some passports and miscellaneous memorabilia. Any disputes over what Trump was allowed to take home could have been settled easily, as Trump and his team negotiated with the National Archives. But nara and the White House—and Obama—did not want the documents.

The issue is not the issue. The issue is getting Donald Trump persecuted, convicted, jailed, and kept out of power.

Julie Kelly at RealClearInvestigations reported that the National Archives politely asked both Joe Biden and Mike Pence to return sensitive documents in their possession but denied the same courtesy to Trump.

“Within weeks of Trump’s leaving office in 2021, employees with Biden’s Office of Records Management and the Archives began coordinated demands to Trump’s transition team, including former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows,” she noted in an insightful editorial. “Despite Trump’s cooperation, David Ferriero, the national archivist appointed by Barack Obama in 2009, warned the transition team a month later in June 2021 that he was running ‘out of patience.’ By August 2021, Ferriero and [nara lawyer Gary] Stern were in contact with doj officials and at least one White House attorney to develop what initially appeared to be a records destruction case against Trump. According to White House visitor logs, Stern met with [White House lawyer Jonathan] Su on August 12 at the White House.”

After this August 12 meeting, collaboration between the White House and the National Archives accelerated. Biden and his Obama-appointed handlers were running the political prosecution against Trump from the very beginning. Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless secret police chief during Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror, once boasted, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” Biden’s Department of Justice is adopting this mantra and issuing warrants without any evidence of guilt.

Herbert W. Armstrong proved in The United States and Britain in Prophecy that Americans descended from ancient Israel. The Prophet Micah warned that Israel’s descendants would descend into a justice system akin to cannibalism. “And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment? Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones; Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron” (Micah 3:1-3).

Could America’s justice system really be that bad? Well, that is how God describes it! True freedom can only exist when the government governs people according to set legal principles, not by leaders’ fancies or whims.

America today is being governed not by the people through their representatives, but by radicals who seize power and use that power to thwart the will of the people and anyone who would stop them—most of all President Donald J. Trump.

The fbi and doj pointedly ignored Biden’s years-long, highly illegal documents scandal, for example, while sending armed agents to intimidate President Trump and his family and find or fabricate evidence of a crime. The radical elites are operating with impunity while everyday conservatives are bullied into submission and the one man courageous enough to stand up for them is hammered with investigations, raids, lawsuits and everything else they can throw at him.

President Trump’s courage and toughness in this situation is admirable, and God will bring him back to power, not because he or the people who support him are righteous and good but because He wants to give this nation one last chance to repent. Americans must realize that the rot in our government is so bad that even President Trump and his supporters cannot fix it. Only God can, and we had better turn back to Him while we still can.
