When the Law Isn’t the Law

Throughout his presidency, U.S. President Barack Obama has skirted around the law numerous times to push his own agenda, and there is a fast-growing number of constitutional scholars, professors and politicians in America who believe that the law is actually the problem. What’s even worse, the majority of the American people are going along with it.
