Houthi Attack Kills Three, Injures Four
Houthi attacks on Red Sea vessels claimed their first fatalities on Wednesday, killing three and injuring at least four people, three of whom are in critical condition.
Red Sea targets: Shortly after Hamas invaded Israel in October, the Yemen-based Houthi terrorists pledged to fire on any ship traveling to and from Israel in the region. But they went above and beyond that pledge, attacking nearly every ship traveling through the Red Sea.
The fatalities from Wednesday’s strike against the Barbados-flagged and Liberian-owned cargo carrier mark an escalation in these attacks.
Iranian push: The Houthi attacks on Red Sea vessels are significant in the context of Bible prophecy. Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry has long warned that Iran and its proxies would push at their enemies through influence over the Red Sea.
