Washington State Forces K-12 Schools to Teach Queer History

Washington Governor Jay Inslee signed a bill into law on March 18 mandating that public schools teach lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender-queer history next year.

As part of diversity, equity and inclusion ideology, Senate Bill 5462 will inject “inclusive learning standards and instructional materials” into all Washington public schools. The new legislation focuses on lionizing queer activists.

Desensitized public: A bill requiring schools to teach children queer history would have been unthinkable five years ago. Yet America has become so desensitized to perversion that even conservatives are no longer shocked by such legislation.

Eroding foundations: Herbert W. Armstrong wrote in his July 1976 Plain Truth personal, “A solid family structure is the very foundation of any stable and permanent society.” This is why Communists and radicals seek to destroy the family.

If you undermine the family as the basic economic unit of society, you create a culture where people depend on the state. Many Republicans say they support same-sex “marriage” because they support freedom, but the left is using it to destroy free societies.
