Squatting Crisis Takes Hold in U.S.
Searches for “squatter insurance” are at an all-time high in the United States after Venezuelan TikTok influencer Leonel Moreno went viral for sharing a video explaining to illegal immigrants how to invade empty houses.
Legally, a person who lives in a house that is not his property or who stays in a house without paying rent is considered an intruder. Yet many states have laws that make it difficult for landlords to evict squatters. Many illegal immigrants are looking for legal loopholes that allow them to live rent-free for months on end.
Squatters’ rights: Media coverage of homeowners being helpless to remove squatters from their homes has spiked in recent months, with those who rent on Airbnb being particularly affected. One such squatter made headlines last year for invading an Airbnb and refusing to pay or leave for 570 days.
Many landlords are growing concerned as Joe Biden welcomes millions of immigrants into the country. Proper Insurance is the only company that offers specific coverage against squatters.
Prophecy says: The Prophet Ezekiel describes the time of punishment coming on America and Britain.
“Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence. Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses …” (Ezekiel 7:23-24). The word “heathen” comes from the Hebrew word gowy and means non-Israelite. In this context, it refers to non-Israelites taking houses from their owners as Moreno recommends.
