Elected officials across the country are working for Communist China. A heavily redacted report reveals that municipal, provincial and federal officials have been compromised by foreign governments. The National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians’ June 3 report reveals that elected officials have been using the powers entrusted to them by the Canadian people to advance the agendas of our adversaries.

In many ways, this report is shocking; but in other ways it highlights the treachery that took hold in the Canadian government generations ago. This report is just the tip of the iceberg.

At the center of the controversy is Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Since at least 2018, intelligence agencies have been sounding the alarm about foreign interference by malevolent actors, yet nothing has been done.

The Trudeau government has turned a blind eye to treason because that is precisely what has enabled the prime minister to stay in power. This scandal exposes the fraud behind the mirage of Trudeau’s integrity—and of democracy in Canada. It is also connected to some explosive Bible prophecies being fulfilled right now.

Redacted Allegations

In the 84-page report, the most common phrase is: “Content was deleted to remove injurious or privileged information.” All specific examples have been removed to “protect sources and methods.” But even the remaining generalities show that the Trudeau government is riddled with foreign interference.

“First, a foreign actor offers the influential Canadian money or other favors,” the report states. “This may include direct payments, cash, in-kind campaign contributions, investment in their region, all-expenses-paid trips to the foreign country, or promises of an employment opportunity or a paid position requiring little to no work after leaving public office. This is intended to build a sense of debt or reciprocity. Second, once the Canadian accepts the foreign government’s money or another favor, the foreign actor uses it as a ‘bargaining chip’ to gain leverage over their target.”

If this sounds familiar, it is because the Trumpet has been exposing the family of Joe Biden and other United States politicians who have enriched themselves through exactly the same processes. Foreign interference is most effective not by openly opposing Canadian interests and Canadian leaders, but by enriching or coercing Canadian leaders to oppose Canadian interests.

Here are some highlights from the report:

• Main sources of foreign interference: China, India, Pakistan and Iran
• At least one member of Parliament purposely met with a foreign agent to divulge important intelligence.
• Foreign intelligence agencies, including the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front, created “clandestine networks” around political figures, business people, staffers and donors to alter policies and other decisions.
• Chinese government operatives were in contact with at least 11 candidates and 13 campaign staffers during the 2019 election.
• There is evidence that at least one political staff member passed intelligence to the Chinese Communist Party.
• In elections where one political party is very likely to win, foreign agents have advanced certain preferred candidates to be nominated by the party and therefore placed into Parliament.
• Chinese Communist Party missions have also attempted to manipulate election officials and their finances to alter election results after the votes are cast.
• The Trudeau government was first briefed on these allegations in 2018, but took no action, allowing compromised individuals to remain in Parliament.

These activities represent a thorough infiltration of democratic processes, primarily by the Chinese Communist Party.

Why does Trudeau refuse to unmask the conspirators? How do you know your representative in Parliament isn’t compromised? How do you know the last two federal elections weren’t massive frauds? Why did the winner of the elections, Trudeau, not take any actions to stop Chinese foreign interference? These vital questions need to be answered because this is treason.

The report makes this incredible admission: “These are particularly concerning examples of behavior by a few Parliamentarians. Some may be illegal, but are unlikely to lead to criminal charges, owing to Canada’s failure to address the long-standing issue of protecting classified information and methods in judicial processes” (emphasis added). Do not expect justice under the current regime!

Despite broad acceptance of the fact that treason is occurring, the claim is that these actions do not meet Canada’s legal threshold for treason, which requires intent to cause violence, war or regime change. Other legal punishments under the Security of Information Act, Section 121 of the Criminal Code (about “undue influence”) and the Conflicts of Interest Act would amount to a slap on the wrist. The best we will see is treasonous members of Parliament opting not to run for reelection or, at most, being expelled.

This is a sharp contrast to the authoritarian crackdown by Trudeau on conservatives and everyday Canadians like the Freedom Convoy protesters, for example. If you honk horns and protest against Trudeau’s edicts, you pass his legal threshold for a national existential threat. Your bank account will be frozen, and you will be beaten by police and imprisoned without a warrant. Not so for members of Parliament actively working for China.

This information report covers only 2019 through 2024. The truth is, foreign interference infected Canadian democracy long before that.

Legacy of Treason

China and Canada have a relationship that stretches back to the 1880s. Christian missionaries from Canada, especially from the Methodist and United Church of Canada, were prolific in China. They lived there; their children were born there. That missionary generation of Canadians (“Mish Kids”) was fluent in Mandarin, understood Chinese culture, and most importantly, were friends with the founders of the Chinese Communist Party. Some of the most important Mish Kids were Oskar D. Skelton (founder of External Affairs Canada), Lester B. Pearson (ambassador and prime minister), Vincent Massay (governor general) and Hume Wrong (ambassador to the U.S.). Some were ambassadors to China, like Ralph Collins, Charles John Small, Chester Ronning and Arthur Menzies. From the very beginning of Canada’s foreign-policy trajectory, China has had significant influence.

By World War ii, many Mish Kids had powerful positions within the Canadian government. They almost singlehandedly steered Canada toward warm relations with the Communist Chinese. Many of them actively aided Mao Zedong’s conquest of China.

This intensified when Pierre Elliott Trudeau became prime minister in 1968. He had visited Mao’s China in 1949 and returned with a strong admiration for it; the stage was set for Trudeau to become Mao’s most important tool. When Trudeau officially recognized Communist China in 1970, it was part of a broader strategy by the Communists to help coax U.S. President Richard Nixon into rapprochement.

Paul Lin, an intellectual from China, was a professor at McGill University and a known agent of the Chinese Communist Party. He became close to Ivan Head, Trudeau’s foreign-policy adviser. Head would call Lin for advice, and then call the prime minister to advise him!

However, the ultimate nexus of foreign interference was the establishment of the Canada China Business Council. Founded by Paul Desmarais Sr., Canada’s foremost billionaire, as well as by Pierre Trudeau and the Chinese Communist Party, it was and is a tool to increase economic ties with China. In practice, it has given the Chinese Communist Party influence over the Liberal Party of Canada, whose upper echelon all have financial ties to the Canada China Business Council. Billions of dollars are at stake in this economic partnership.

Desmarais was personal friends with many members of the Politburo in China, including Zhou En-lai. As the founder and ceo of Power Corp., Desmarais built an internationally diverse company worth billions. For 50 years, the Desmarais family has been the dominant influence in Canadian politics. Paul Desmarais wielded his power to intimidate members of Parliament and even American presidents (Bill Clinton and George W. Bush), to help Niklas Sarkozy win the French presidency, and to influence five prime ministers of Canada into a pro-ccp agenda. This is why Canada was the first nation to normalize relations with China after the Tiananmen Square massacre. Desmarais is the George Soros of Canada.

Justin Trudeau is the chosen one of the Laurentian elite, the ruling class of Ontario and Quebec, to continue this lucrative business model of treason.

Pattern of Treason

The Desmarais family has not only brought Chinese influence into Canada’s ruling elite, it has also helped import a far more sinister and deadly form of foreign interference.

When Justin Trudeau first sought the office of prime minister, a new system of politics was brought into Canada. Gerald Butts, Trudeau’s chief adviser, worked with the campaign team of Barack Obama to establish an “Obama pattern” of elections. The Liberal Party adopted the systematic voter profiling and targeting that Obama used in 2008 and 2012. Since Trudeau’s election victory in 2015, Obama has had several meetings with the prime minister and continued to endorse Trudeau through his myriad of scandals: black face, the snc Lavalin affair, WE Charity, and more.

The Desmarais family backed Canada 2020, a think tank that brought Obama to Canada in 2019 to help establish Trudeau’s governmental policies. The Obama pattern has become a hallmark of Trudeau’s government, adopting and pursuing the same ideological objectives as the former U.S. president. This trend was obvious in Obama’s June 29, 2016, address to Parliament in which he advocated that both America and Canada have open borders: “Borders mean something. But in moments like this, we are called upon to see ourselves in others, because we were all once strangers. … So as Americans and Canadians, we will continue to welcome refugees, and we can ensure that we’re doing so in a way that maintains our security. We can and we will do both.” Since that speech, Trudeau has drastically increased immigration to historic levels. Obama ended with the declaration of societal transformation: “How fortunate, how privileged we are to have the opportunity to now, ourselves, build this world anew.” Obama and Trudeau want to build this world anew.

The foreign interference report reveals that the Trudeau government immediately began shaping Canada’s intelligence agencies to operate the exact same way as Obama’s did in 2016: “Canada’s strategic response to foreign interference in democratic processes and institutions must be understood in the context that brought the issue to the fore. As noted earlier, Russia carried out an influence campaign aimed at the United States in the 2016 presidential election with the goal of undermining public faith in the U.S. democratic process and discrediting the candidacy of Hillary Clinton. … This influence effort was complemented by targeted cyberhacks and the release of materials damaging to the Clinton campaign.”

The truth is the Russians didn’t target the Clinton campaign or interfere in 2016. That entire narrative is a lie. The Obama administration interfered in the 2016 election with the Trump-Russia hoax, with the intelligence agencies playing a pivotal role. The report states: “These events shaped Canada’s early efforts to counter foreign interference in its elections.”

This passage is revealing! It means Trudeau and the Canadian intelligence agencies wholeheartedly support Obama’s treasonous coup against Donald Trump. It also means all of the foreign interference measures and intelligence directives given by Trudeau to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were not intended to stop treason, but to make sure it tightened his grip on power. Subsequent events prove this is exactly what has happened.

This is the Obama pattern. It is a pattern of treason.

This is why Trudeau allows China to help him win elections, and why he is likely planning to steal the next federal election set for October 2025. After all, that is what Obama would do, and is still working to do. Despite the Conservatives holding a 20-point lead and 68 percent of Canadians indicating they think Trudeau should step down, who needs voters when you have traitors in high places?

The Bible warns us of these conditions! “[I]n the last days perilous times shall come” (2 Timothy 3:1). What makes them so perilous? “Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God” (verse 4). God has warned us of arrogant traitors who love personal benefit more than any semblance of fearing God. At the leading edge of these treacherous and perilous times is the prophesied Antiochus (read America Under Attack to learn more). Barack Obama’s pattern of treason extends beyond the borders of the United States He has led the fundamental transformation of the Western world.

The Communist interference from Obama, Trudeau and China is causing bitter affliction in the modern nations of Israel. The radical left is losing its grip on power. Tyrants like Obama and Trudeau have evaded accountability for years, but that is changing. God is exposing this treason to show how hopeless the governments of man are. Everything in Canada is broken to teach us that only the government of God can give us real peace, justice and prosperity. These perilous times end with Jesus Christ returning to establish a Kingdom of hope and replace the pattern of treachery with one of righteousness.
