Russian Attack Kills Dozens, Injures Hundreds

Russia killed at least 50 people and injured 271 in Poltava, Ukraine, on Tuesday.

Details: Two ballistic missiles hit the Military Institute of Communications in this year’s deadliest attack of Russia’s war on Ukraine.

• The emergency service said 50 people died—other officials said 51.
• Fifteen more may still be buried beneath the rubble.
• Some of the slain were military personnel.
• So far, 25 have been rescued, 11 from under the rubble.
