Department of Justice Sues to Help Noncitizens Vote

The Biden-Harris administration is working to ensure illegal aliens can vote.

Somewhere between 2 million and 5 million noncitizens are registered to vote in the 2024 United States presidential elections, according to the latest available data from Just the Facts. This shocking statistic means that roughly 3 percent of those casting a ballot this November may not be U.S. citizens.

The state of Virginia is trying to combat election fraud by systematically purging noncitizens from its voter rolls. Yet Joe Biden’s Justice Department is doing everything possible to ensure noncitizens can vote.

After Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin announced on August 7 that his state was removing roughly 1,600 alleged noncitizens from its voter rolls, the Justice Department accusing Virginia of violating the Quiet Period Provision of the National Voter Registration Act (which says states cannot remove names from voter rolls within 90 days of an election). District Judge Patricia Giles granted the Justice Department’s request for a preliminary injunction on October 25. Virginia’s officials are now appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Youngkin’s team is arguing that the Quiet Period Provision does not apply because their voter purge program was already in place by August 7 (exactly 90 days before the November 5 general election). Youngkin’s order only changed the frequency of the data reporting from monthly to daily to ensure no more noncitizens could sneak into the voter registration rolls at the last minute. The fact that the Biden-Harris administration is suing Virginia shows that radical Democrats want illegal aliens and other noncitizens to vote in this election.

The Supreme Court has not yet accepted Virginia’s appeal, but other states are likely grappling with similar issues. The Justice Department filed a similar lawsuit in August, prompting a federal judge to order Alabama to restore eligibility for more than 3,200 voters deemed ineligible to vote.

In “What Will Happen After Trump Regains Power” in our July 2021 Trumpet issue, editor in chief Gerald Flurry asserted that Trump was the legitimate winner of the 2020 election. He wrote that the Bible prophesies that Trump will be in power when certain future events occur; therefore, he must return to the presidency.

But this return will not be easy. “[T]he indication is that regaining office may take considerable work,” Mr. Flurry wrote. “Donald Trump will have to fight for it. It doesn’t have to be military action, but it certainly could.”

2 Kings 14:26-28 record a slice of ancient Israel’s history that is prophecy for America today: “For the Lord saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel. And the Lord said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven: but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash. Now the rest of the acts of Jeroboam, and all that he did, and his might, how he warred, and how he recovered Damascus, and Hamath, which belonged to Judah, for Israel, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?”

Mr. Flurry has written since 2018 that this prophecy is being fulfilled by President Donald Trump as an end-time type of King Jeroboam ii of Israel. Through the 2016 presidential election, God used President Trump to temporarily save America from the radical leftist forces seeking to destroy its Constitution and fundamentally transform it into a socialist state. But then his office was stolen, and now he has to “war” to recover it.

The fight to expose the millions of illegal aliens attempting to vote is part of this war.
