Iran Vows ‘Crushing Response’ to Israeli Strike

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said a ceasefire could affect the intensity of its retaliation for Israel’s October 26 strikes, the Times of Israel reported on November 3.

Regardless of whether or not Israel agrees to a ceasefire, Pezeshkian asserted that Iran will not leave Israel’s “aggression” unanswered, referring to Israel’s October 26 retaliation for Iran’s missile barrage on October 1.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei vowed a “crushing response.” Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami threatened “bitter consequences.”

Planned response: On November 4, the Jewish News Syndicate reported that Iran’s attack would include more powerful weapons than those employed in the previous two strikes. Sources suggest that “the regime will include its conventional army in the attack and not just the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.” In its previous attack, Iran employed four different types of missiles, including two newer, more advanced models.

Tehran has stated that the attack will come after the United States presidential elections so as to not influence the results. A U.S. official warned Iran that the U.S. would not be able to hold Israel back should Iran attack again.

No ceasefire: Many are calling for a ceasefire in Lebanon, including Iran. But its words and actions prove it has no real desire for peace. Whether Israel pulls out of Lebanon or not, Iran will still carry out its next attack, and it won’t stop there.

Your Bible prophesies that radical Islam led by Iran will only become more violently provocative. This is why the Trumpet closely watches the nation as it intensifies its pushes.
