Germany and France Strengthen Ties in Wake of U.S. Election
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron held a telephone call on Wednesday morning to discuss greater cooperation between their nations.
In the wake of Donald Trump’s victory in the United States presidential election, Macron and Scholz urgently committed to strengthening their relationship.
“We will work in this new context for a more united, stronger, more sovereign Europe. In cooperation with the U.S. and defending our interests and values,” Macron posted on X.
In a separate post on Thursday, he wrote:
Donald Trump was elected by Americans to defend the interests of Americans. The question we, as Europeans, must ask ourselves is, are we ready to defend the interests of Europeans? … Do we want to write our own history? I personally believe we have the strength to write it.
United against America: America is becoming less predictable. Anti-American sentiments are rising in Europe as the Continent looks to leave behind its past with America and become a unified powerhouse.
The Bible prophesies of a German-led European power bloc that will be the primary force behind an economic siege of America. Europe is uniting and will soon force America out into the cold.
