Russian Warship Fires at German Helicopter
A Russian warship fired warning shots at a German helicopter patrolling the Baltic Sea, the German Press Agency reported on December 4.
The action marks one of the latest provocations from Russia toward the West amid heightened tensions. It came the same day that Russian forces test-fired nuclear-capable hypersonic missiles in the Mediterranean Sea.
Baltic Sea tensions: German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock condemned the action at a nato meeting in Brussels and said that Russian vessels were operating in the area illegally.
Baerbock said that nato would increase its surveillance of pipelines and data cables in the Baltic Sea amid the rising threat from Russia. “Putin is attacking our peace order with hybrid attacks,” she posted on X.
Last month, two underwater cables—one linking Finland and Germany and another connecting Lithuania and Sweden—were severed within two days. Russia and China are the likely suspects for both incidents.
European superpower: These types of provocations from Russia are accelerating the unification and militarization of Europe, as prophesied in your Bible.
