Special Counsel’s Report Exposes the Biden Family’s Crimes

Special Counsel David Weiss released a final report on Monday detailing crimes committed by Hunter Biden. Weiss’s inquiry was cut short when Joe Biden unconditionally pardoned his son last month.

Weiss had been investigating charges against Hunter Biden since 2018 and was given special counsel status in 2023 to investigate tax and gun charges.

In his 27-page report, Weiss concluded that Hunter “had committed each and every one of the elements of a criminal offense.”

Key findings: Some of Weiss’s key findings include:

  • Hunter traded on his family name to secure business deals: From 2016 to 2020, Hunter made over $7 million by “using his last name and connections to secure lucrative business opportunities,” Weiss explained. “He negotiated and executed contracts and agreements that paid him millions of dollars for limited work.”
  • Hunter committed tax evasion: Weiss said Hunter “spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills.” Hunter also failed to file his 2017 and 2018 tax returns on time and reported false business deductions in 2018.
  • Hunter illegally possessed a firearm: “At a time in his life when he was regularly engaging in illicit drug deals to purchase crack cocaine, Mr. Biden lied on federal background check forms and illegally bought a revolver, a speed loader and hollow point bullets,” Weiss wrote. “The fact that Mr. Biden’s girlfriend tried to dispose of his firearm before violence resulted does not make his crimes any less serious.”
  • Joe Biden undermined the justice system: Days before Hunter was scheduled to be sentenced for these crimes, Joe Biden signed a “full and unconditional pardon” for his son’s actions, something he had promised America he would never do. Joe Biden “simultaneously issued a press release that criticized the prosecution of his son as ‘selective,’ ‘unfair,’ ‘infected’ by ‘raw politics,’ and a ‘miscarriage of justice,’” Weiss said. “This statement is gratuitous and wrong. Other presidents have pardoned family members, but in doing so, none have taken the occasion as an opportunity to malign the public servants at the Department of Justice based solely on false accusations.”

Diversion: The same day Weiss’s report was released, Attorney General Merrick Garland released the first volume of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s two-volume report that falsely accuses President Donald Trump of trying to overturn the 2020 election.

The mainstream media will likely spend more time covering Smith’s false report than Weiss’s report on the Biden family.

Exposed: Despite repeated attempts to cover up the truth, the Biden family’s lawlessness is being exposed.
