The gravest of dangers to America was revealed at a gathering of those from certain fringe elements of society at the White House last Wednesday.

“lgbt” has become the sanitized acceptable acronym—the umbrella term—used to join together four groups on the fringe whose behavior deviates from the norm in society into a single political lobby group. So special are these fringe elements in the eyes of the current U.S. administration that they are considered a species of human being under threat from the overwhelming majority of humankind. This, to the extent that the most vocal group among their ranks, the homosexuals, has succeeded in having legislation passed that endorses them as a “protected class.” By contrast, the class that is most seriously under threat—those who espouse God’s binding laws on marriage and family relations—remains totally unprotected from encroachment and attack by that as-yet minority, yet most politically active and vocal, “protected class.”

To the great shame of America, the current U.S. administration has proclaimed one month of the year for the celebration of lifestyles that deviate from that of the bulk of society. June is designated “lgbt Pride Month” as proclaimed by the current president of the United States during his first year in office, and as celebrated each year since. The Clinton administration had previously declared the same during the years 1999 and 2000.

Akin to most perverse practices that have entered modern Anglo-Saxon society, the lgbt movement had its genesis last century in the hedonistic decade of the ’60s. As the presidential proclamation establishing lgbt Pride Month declares, “Forty years ago, patrons and supporters of the Stonewall Inn in New York City resisted police harassment that had become all too common for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (lgbt) community. Out of this resistance, the lgbt rights movement in America was born. During lgbt Pride Month, we commemorate the events of June 1969 and commit to achieving equal justice under law for lgbt Americans.”

Of course the “harassment” by the police was in fact members of the police force seeking to do their duty by upholding the law of the land which, at that time, regarded the public consorting of, and soliciting by, those exhibiting behavior regarded as deviant by society as a whole, as a crime.

Today we have an administration that issues a proclamation declaring that it is “proud to be the first … to appoint openly lgbt candidates to Senate-confirmed positions in the first 100 days of an administration. These individuals embody the best qualities we seek in public servants …” (ibid.).

In actuality, it is a matter of historical record that the Creator of mankind spontaneously eliminated two entire cities due to their populations exhibiting such “openly lgbt” behavior! Now we announce our pride in hiring such into key government positions, regarding them as embodying “the best qualities we seek in public servants.”

On the contrary, their very chosen lifestyle declares that they are the least fitted for public office! In fact, even as I have personally witnessed their ilk active in senior public office in my own home country, they have an agenda specifically geared to overthrowing every last law and principle governing godly human behavior as defined by our Maker!

By way of example, Australia’s 1975 Family Law Act was created by a liberal public servant caste geared to changing the definitions of gender, patriarchy and matriarchy clearly defined in the law of God, and hence of traditional marriage and family relations once embedded in the law of the land, which had its genesis in the law of God. Under that legislation, a whole slew of families, let alone individual lives, have been shipwrecked over the past two generations in the land Down Under. The principle minds behind those vast changes in the law were those which either exhibited or supported lifestyles since branded as lgbt.

By very definition, so-called lgbt practitioners tend to be the most extreme of liberals. Some may take the brand “conservative” or, in the United States, “Republican,” but that is for sham political reasons only, so as to provide a forum for peddling their deviant agenda. Their behavior literally gives their game away. All fall under the lgbt umbrella cast by the current U.S. administration. As the president, himself an arch liberal-socialist, declared last Wednesday, “Everybody deserves to be able to live and love as they see fit.” That statement is patently anti-God, anti-social, and the very opposite of the truth!

The Eternal Creator of mankind declared from the beginning that “a man … shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh” (Genesis 2:24). The Apostle Paul enjoined married couples to submit to the God-given laws within marriage in Ephesians 5:22-28 and abide by the God-given principles of child rearing in Ephesians 6:1-4. Human behavior of the so-called lgbt type is specifically condemned both in the basic law of God (Exodus 20 and the books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy) and via the teaching of the Apostle Paul in Romans 1:22-25. These were the foundational underpinnings of the law of the land that once effectively governed a stable society in the Anglo-Saxon nations.

It was for the protection of the fundamentally right and good—godly—standards governing our societies that the Anglo-Saxons sent the cream of the crop of their manhood to fight on the battlefronts of tyranny in two great world wars.

We did not fight to overcome the Kaiser’s imperial tyranny nor the tyranny of Nazidom only to become tyrannized from within by a godless, immoral, socialist elite who seek to overthrow every bastion of a stable society. We did not fight to promote or preserve the “alternative lifestyles” of the minority. We certainly did not fight to preserve our freedoms under the law so that deviant behavior could become endorsed by, and embedded in, a perversion of the law of the land and presidential proclamations. We fought for the freedoms guaranteed in our governing laws at the time, laws on which the most powerful empire in history, that of Great Britain, and the single greatest nation on Earth, the United States of America, were built.

The vast majority of those men and women who gave their lives for God, king, president and country would be aghast at what a few deviates have accomplished beginning just 15 years after the guns were silenced on enemy fronts in 1945.

At the White House last Wednesday, “The president of the United States also stressed that his Justice Department is refusing to defend the law of the land—the federal Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. … ‘I told you I was against the Defense—so-called Defense of Marriage Act,’ Obama told the lgbt gathering on Wednesday. ‘I’ve long supported efforts to pass a repeal through Congress. And until we reach that day, my administration is no longer defending doma in the courts. The law is discriminatory. It violates the Constitution. It’s time for us to bring it to an end …’” (CNSNews.com, June 30).

The most sinister aspect of all this is that the current U.S. administration is using the lgbt agenda as an instrument of foreign policy, seeking to literally blackmail other nations into submitting to its immoral code! It should be noted that lgbt Pride Month in the U.S. was co-hosted by the State Department and the organization “Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies.“

The Catholic News Agency reports Austin Ruse, president of the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, as stating: “The administration has made the lgbt agenda one of the cornerstones of their foreign policy. They have directed their embassies everywhere to monitor and assist domestic homosexual movements whether the host country and their people accept it or not.”

The sheer, diabolical nature of using foreign policy to push the deviant agenda of the lgbt lobby group was highlighted by Rebecca Marchinda, director of advocacy for the World Youth Alliance, who warned: “Instead of recognizing that states have legitimate reasons for recognizing marriage and family as an institution (and not other arrangements), the U.S. will help to pit the Catholic Church against civil society by stating that opposition to the U.S. ideas is based on outdated religious ideas.”

It’s not just the Catholic Church that the current U.S. administration is seeking to “pit against civil society.” It’s every single man and woman who stands for the standards of decency, morality and righteous living as defined by the law of God.

In a blatant admission that the State Department was peddling the lgbt agenda as an arm of U.S. foreign policy, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated at an lgbt Pride Month celebration that her department was active in advocatinglgbt rights in Honduras, Uganda, Malawi, Russia, Turkey, China and other places.

The mindset of the secretary of state is revealed in her oft-quoted dictum that “gay rights are human rights.” Wrong premise—wrong conclusion! The only rights of man are those given by his Maker as they are defined by God’s law. That law criminalizes lgbt behavior as a capital sin punishable by death. The only relief that it is possible to gain from that penalty is via acknowledgment of and repentance from the sin, and a claiming of the singular blood sacrifice that pays the penalty for it—the sacrifice of the very Son of God! That is the inarguable reality!

That the U.S. State Department is using blackmail tactics to force the lgbt agenda onto foreign countries was highlighted by both Ruse and Marchinda.

Austin Ruse observes that “They are intent on forcing homosexual marriage and homosexual adoption on countries that are offended by such things. … On this topic this administration is far beyond the mainstream. … Most people recognize that the homosexual lifestyle is harmful to public health and morals. The effect of the Obama policy is to offend billions of people and force this view on reluctant governments.”

The blackmailing component of this policy involves the setting of certain conditions for the receipt of foreign aid. Rebecca Marchinda declares that “U.S. advocacy on these issues promotes a particular definition of human rights that is not accepted by all nations. [T]his definition guides its distribution of foreign aid to developing countries,” adding that this “causes confusion … especially among those receiving aid with policy-type strings attached.”

Yet the scariest statement of all for concerned U.S. citizens comes from the Department of Health and Home Services, which, according to CNSNews.com, “said it plans to integrate questions on sexual orientation into national data collection efforts by 2013 and begin a process to collect information on gender identity” (op. cit.). To what use, pray tell, will such data be put? To bludgeon American citizenry into embracing the lgbt agenda?

It may be that by 2013 the group that needs most protection as a threatened species will be those who proudly, confidently and faithfully still identify as solid heterosexuals supportive of monogamous marriage in its true God-given sense and who seek to protect their children from exposure to deviant behavior.

Sadly, in those two cities accounted by God as unworthy to continue to exist back around 4,000 years ago, not even 10 persons were found still living unperverted lifestyles. God called down fire to eliminate them all—two whole cities!

They were the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.

It is by no accident that so-called lgbt behavior has been labeled with those names ever since.

Four millennia later, are we not heading for the same result?
