Germans are being misled by their government and the mainstream media about the true facts and impact of the migrant crisis. German leaders, along with a liberal media, have worked hard to cover up the negative aspects of Germany being flooded by nearly 1.5 million refugees. In some cases, the German government is doing more to protect migrants than its own citizens, sometimes even at the expense of its citizens. How much longer will the German people put up with being treated this way, and kept in the dark on these huge issues? Trumpet columnist Brad Macdonald takes today’s show to dig into some stories in Germany that aren’t getting as much coverage. He also looks at Germany’s national identity and history to explain why Germans are reacting to these crises the way they are.

The warning signs are all around us: War is coming. Yet so few seem to realize it. United States Sen. Tom Cotton said, “President Obama is a wartime president who doesn’t seem to realize it.” That same complacency, prevalent among America’s leaders, plagues most of the nation. How much longer before the U.S. wakes up to the dramatic warnings of God’s prophecies? When will we learn this fundamental lesson of history? On today’s program, Stephen Flurry examines the critical lessons from Dec. 7, 1941, and explains why those lessons are more important today than ever before.

As the major media, blinded by bias, continue searching for a motive behind Wednesday’s mass shooting in San Bernadino, these are the facts: The husband-and-wife tandem were devout Muslims who had made contact with foreign terrorist subjects overseas and had stockpiled their rental home with firearms and explosives. How can America defeat a nameless, non-religious enemy? Also on today’s show, was the Hezekiah bulla found underneath a Palestinian home? One Iowan archaeologist seems to think so. On this program, Stephen Flurry separates fact from fiction.

Another mass shooting took place in Southern California, leaving 14 dead and 17 wounded. This latest terrorist attack has rekindled the gun control debate, with America’s left again strongly calling for stricter gun laws. On today’s program, Stephen Flurry gives analysis on the San Bernardino terrorist attack. Also on today’s show, how the Catholic Church is gaining power in Europe, why Germans hold an unfavorable few of Angela Merkel, and the history behind the recently discovered Hezekiah bulla.

In an address to the United Nations in 2009, United States President Barack Obama said, “In an era when our destiny is shared, power is no longer a zero-sum game. No one nation can or should try to dominate another nation.” Since that time, America has been reluctant to take the lead in any global issues, except climate change. All eyes will be on the Paris climate change conference these next two weeks, but are leaders missing the bigger problem? On today’s show, Stephen Flurry explains the underlying problem the world’s leaders are overlooking.

It’s difficult to think deeply in our busy world. Distractions abound, the pace is fast and almost no time is given to slowing down and meditating. On today’s show, Stephen Flurry covers the importance of developing the skill of deep thinking. He also covers some important headlines from the weekend, and gives an exciting update on how many copies of Mystery of the Ages have been distributed in the United Kingdom this year.

Hans-Werner Sinn is a professor of economics at the University of Munich with a résumé full of economic accomplishments. He recently wrote an opinion piece for Project Syndicate titled “Can the Islamic State Unify Europe?” He notes the changing mood in Europe due to the rise of radical Islamist terror threats. On today’s show, Stephen Flurry takes a look at this article in the context of Bible prophecy to help you understand Europe’s future. Also on today’s show, why it’s important to count your blessings.

For nearly a century, the United States of America has been the world’s single-greatest guarantor of global stability. After the Second World War, America stimulated the fastest period of growth in Europe’s history. It provided massive aid that propelled the ravaged continent toward prosperity. Along the way, the United States rebuilt and stabilized much of war-torn Asia. It held communism in check in Eastern Europe and in Asia. It eventually brought down the Soviet Empire! And since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, the United States has been the lone world superpower. But now, America’s ability to influence other nations is in tatters. Its credibility has been shattered. America’s will to fight for liberty is broken. The era of the United States is over. America isn’t what it used to be.Do you fully grasp the magnitude of this monumental shift in world affairs? Tune in to today’s radio show from Stephen Flurry for more on this subject.

Germany’s terrorist scare Tuesday night, which led to the cancellation of a football match in Hanover, is forcing German leaders to rethink security in their country. Finance minister Wolfgang Shäuble has proposed for the military to be used in the event of an attack, which—if carried out—would mark the first time since World War ii that troops would be on the streets of German cities. All of Europe is on edge after the recent attacks and is beginning to confront the cause and call it what it is: Radical Islam. Meanwhile, in the United States, administration officials are adamant that the religious aspect of these attacks is non-existent. On today’s show, Stephen Flurry explains how these attacks, and Europe’s response, will eventually lead to a religious clash.

Many European nations are discovering that the EU, eurozone and Schengen zone are too big to manage. During times of peace, these projects seem nice, but today, Europe is suffering from a number of different crises; and the idea of open borders, shared economies and differing ideals is proving to be a huge hindrance to fighting these problems. Some nations are considering forming smaller unions of free trade and travel. Bible prophecy says the nations of Europe will ultimately be pared down to a group of 10. On today’s show, Stephen Flurry explains how events in Europe are rapidly leading to the fulfillment of some of the Bible’s most dramatic prophecies.
