Year in Review: Remembering the 20 Biggest Stories of 2022
Show Notes
- On today’s show we look back over 2022 and give you a countdown of the 20 most prophetically significant events from all over the globe.
- Among these we’ll look at the strategic partnership between China and Saudi Arabia, the rise of the political right in Hungary and Italy, Japan shattering its postwar military constraints, Iran’s regime putting down massive public protests and advancing its nuclear weapons program, and the rise of transgenderism.
- Other important stories include Britain’s string of prime ministers, Germany’s military turnaround, the return of Benjamin Netanyahu, America’s midterm elections, Russia’s war in Ukraine and its many ripple effects, the “Twitter Files,” and the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope.
- We conclude with a few big-picture lessons we can take from these events as they show the urgency of the times and God’s hand in what is happening in our world.
