‘Without a Free and Truthful Media, a Republic Cannot Survive’

00:30 Staging Hate Crimes (27 minutes)
Jussie Smollet’s case of being attacked by two MAGA-wearing Trump supporters at 2:00 a.m. in Chicago on a frigid January night in 2019 has been fully exposed as a complete hoax. Smollet has been convicted guilty on five out of six counts, including lying to the Chicago police about what happened to him. Special prosecutor Dan Webb commented on the wasted manpower of the case, saying, “Twenty-six Chicago police officers spent 3,000 hours of time, costing the city well over $100,000 for a fake crime that never occurred.” This says a lot about Jussie Smollett, but what does it say about the propaganda media and shameless Democrats who aided and abetted Smollett’s hoax?

27:40 Reshaping the Economic Narrative (8 minutes)
CNN’s Brian Stelter and Oliver Darcy wrote in their December newsletter that the White House wasn’t happy with the media’s coverage of the supply chain crisis and the dismal economic numbers. They wrote, “The White House … has been working behind the scenes trying to reshape coverage in its favor.” Whether it’s promoting a staged hate crime or creating a false economic report, the major media keep exposing themselves for what they are: fake news.

36:00 Bible Study: Try the Spirits (18 minutes)
The Apostle John discusses two spirits in his epistle—the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. This world is saturated in lies and deception—and it stems from the father of lies, Satan the devil. This is why the Apostle John says we need to “try the spirits, whether they are of God.” Can you discern between the spirit of truth and the spirit of error?
