House Republicans were authorized yesterday to view a document that reportedly has evidence that Joe Biden accepted bribes when he was vice president.

Bribe scheme: The FD 1023 document, which the fbi previously said did not exist, records an interview with a paid fbi informant. This source has been “used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to the Obama administration,” according to Fox News.

They claim that Biden accepted $5 million from foreign nationals in exchange for policy decisions during his term as Obama’s vice president.

United States Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene read the document and summarized the key points.

During Obama’s presidency, Hunter Biden was working as a board member of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company. Ukrainian Prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption; they purportedly only hired Hunter in the first place to have him bury the probe.

In March 2016, Shokin was fired. The FD 1023 document alleges that Burisma officials paid off the Biden family in order to oust Shokin and make the investigation go away.

FBI reluctant to release the document: The document was made known to Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and Kentucky Rep. James Comer by a whistleblower last month. The Republican duo then issued a subpoena to the fbi on May 3 to have it release the unclassified document.

fbi Director Christopher Wray refused to give up the evidence. Last week, Comer released a resolution to hold Wray in contempt of Congress for not complying with the subpoena. The fbi capitulated this week, allowing all members of the House Oversight Committee to review the document and receive a briefing.

Convenient timing for Biden: The document was released the same day President Donald Trump was indicted in a classified documents probe. Was it a coincidence that the fbi waited a month to reveal the information or was it intentionally lining it up with Trump’s indictment so media coverage would be diverted elsewhere?
