The Joebama administration is doing everything it can to undermine Israel in its war with Hamas, including trying to get rid of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Trumpet Daily has been reporting this truth even since Hamas attacked Israel in October, but other news sources are starting to catch on. Every time Netanyahu tries to do anything that would defeat Hamas or end the war, the Joebama administration steps in on the Palestinians’ behalf.

“Over the past week President Biden and his administration have made it clear that they do not want Israel to win the war Hamas terrorists started on October 7,” wrote Jed Babbin, a former U.S. deputy undersecretary of defense, for American Spectator. “Biden and Tony Blinken, his secretary of state, don’t want Israel to achieve its main objective, which is to eliminate Hamas’s threat to its national existence. They want to tether Israel to a very short leash.”

Babbin pointed to the fact that Biden said just last week that he would consider limits on United States aid to Israel dependent on how it conducts the war. So how does Biden want Israel to conduct the war? Well, both Biden and Blinken have pressured Netanyahu to extend its ceasefire with Hamas. They have demanded that Israel avoid further displacement of civilians inside Gaza. And they have suggested that the Israelis establish “safe zones” near the fighting. These proposals would save Palestinian lives while making it impossible for Israel to save Jewish lives by defeating Hamas.

Even the Wall Street Journal is now reporting that Biden, and his puppet master Barack Obama, want to limit the time Israel can take to destroy Hamas terrorists. The Joebama administration wants a two-state solution, so it is unwilling to let Israel do anything that would jeopardize Hamas’s hold on Gaza. Yet as I pointed out in my editorial “Why Do They Love Hamas Murderers?”, this stance actually reveals a deep-seated loathing for Western civilization itself. The State of Israel is a Western democracy that guarantees its people freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech. The Gaza Strip is an Islamic theocracy that denies its people all of these things. The region does not need a two-state solution; it needs the Palestinians to start respecting people’s God-given rights like the Jews do.

Socialists like Barack Obama and Islamists like Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar presumably disagree on a thousand things, but they agree that they hate Western civilization and the source of Western civilization. They hate the Jews (which descended from the ancient Israelite tribe of Judah, as well as the tribes of Benjamin and Levi). And they hate the Americans, British and certain related nations (which descended from the infamous “lost 10 tribes” of Israel). There is a chance that Netanyahu has woken up to the fact that the Joebama administration is undermining Israel’s war effort and considering unilateral action. The Guardian reports that “Joe Biden has a Benjamin Netanyahu problem—and how he deals with it grows more urgent with each brutal, bloody day that passes. Thousands of Palestinian lives hang on the answer to this question. So, too, do hopes of stopping this hugely destructive war spreading beyond Gaza, and of progress towards a lasting peace.” The leftist media is already turning against Israel’s prime minister.

Biden and his aides have discussed the likelihood that Netanyahu’s political days are numbered, and they may be willing to do their part to make these discussions a self-fulfilling prophecy. The U.S. Democratic Party has a lot of political allies among Israeli leftists, so Joebama officials could cause a lot of trouble for Netanyahu. Only time will tell how much the Joebama administration will be able to act against Israel, but the Atlantic is already suggesting that “Netanyahu Should Quit” and “The U.S. Can Help With That.” Don’t be surprised if the U.S. moves against Netanyahu soon.

Obama’s push for a Palestinian state even after October 7 is breaking the brotherhood that has bound America and Israel together for decades. Many Jews are recognizing that they can no longer rely on America to protect them.

Liel Leibovitz wrote for the Tablet:

For the better part of the past decade, the United States has pursued a foreign policy designed to strengthen Iran and enable it to form a strong sphere of influence in the region. …

When you champion Iran; when you send it and its proxies money; when you reward Palestinian violence; when you go out of your way to portray Bibi [Netanyahu] as a dangerous fascist; when you finance and champion his opponents, contributing to further instability and unrest; when you hand over U.S. intelligence keys to Iranian agents; when you have your spokespeople declare it ‘disinformation’ for people to connect obvious dots; when you do all of this, you know what is going to happen. You mean for it to happen.

Here today, then, is the challenge for Israel’s leadership: Can you accept that this is what’s happening? Can you imagine a future for the Jewish state decoupled from America? Because you must.

You can’t argue with logic like that. America is being guided by a master flatterer, pretender, deceiver who is out to destroy Israel’s sovereignty even as he feigns friendship. This is one of the reasons my father, Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry, so often compares Obama to the ancient Seleucid monarch Antiochus iv Epiphanes. Through deceitful lies and flatteries, Antiochus usurped power from the rightful king and then tried to extinguish the Jewish faith. He betrayed the people of Jerusalem, slaughtered them, and desecrated the temple of God with an idol of Zeus bearing his likeness. Among the flatterers, pretenders, deceivers and elite, Antiochus was the master flatterer, pretender, deceiver.

Among those who exerted their will, he exerted his will above all. He used his power of deception to rise like a star from a far lower position, seizing power and exerting it for his own benefit, his own ideology and his own whims.

The Prophet Daniel said an end-time Antiochus would “cast down the truth to the ground” just before the coming of the “Prince of princes” (Daniel 8:12, 25). Yet there is more than one Antiochus figure at work on the world scene right now. There is a spiritual Antiochus who “cast down the truth to the ground” inside God’s Church. There is also a political Antiochus who “cast down the truth to the ground” in America. This astonishing truth is why we at the Trumpet have kept an eye on Obama ever since he left office. He is at the epicenter of an organized campaign to destroy Israel.

The existence of a “hidden Antiochus” is also inferred in 2 Kings 14:26-27: “For the Lord saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel. And the Lord said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven: but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash.”

It will take a miracle to save these nations from this Antiochus. But before such a miracle occurs, God will unmask the man behind the Biden administration and let people see the extent of the sickness that has beset American politics.
