More Than 200 Former Bush, McCain and Romney Staffers Endorse Kamala Harris
The United States has been hijacked by political elites operating their agenda, regardless of which political party is formally in power. This fact is demonstrated by the sheer number of establishment Republicans who have chosen to endorse Democratic Party nominee Kamala Harris over Republican Party nominee Donald Trump.
In an open letter published on August 26, some 238 people who worked for former President George H. W. Bush, former President George W. Bush, former Arizona Sen. John McCain and Utah Sen. Mitt Romney called on “moderate Republicans and conservative independents” to join them in backing Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
Open letter: The 238 signatories range from chief of staff to intern.
“Of course, we have plenty of honest, ideological disagreements with Vice President Harris and Gov. Walz,” they wrote. “That’s to be expected. The alternative, however, is simply untenable. At home, another four years of Donald Trump’s chaotic leadership, this time focused on advancing the dangerous goals of Project 2025, will hurt real, everyday people and weaken our sacred institutions.”
Harris’s father was a Marxist economics professor at Stanford, and Walz spent his honeymoon in Communist China. Yet the political establishment has become so opposed to America’s founding constitutional principles that they would rather support a socialist administration than back Trump’s populist revolution against the administrative state.
Uniparty: Many political analysts are now talking about “the uniparty.” This uniparty is composed of Democrats and Republicans who believe it is more important to support “deep state” institutions like the cia, fbi and Department of Homeland Security than to uphold the U.S. Constitution’s separation of powers.
President George W. Bush held very different opinions on the threat posed by radical Islam than President Barack Obama. Yet both used the Department of Homeland Security to spy on millions of Americans.
President Donald Trump wants to scale back the power of the intelligence community and other executive bureaucracies, so hundreds of former staffers for Bush, McCain and Romney are siding against him.
Shadow state: America’s government is evolving away from a constitutional republic into an authoritarian technocracy run by bureaucrats, military leaders, intelligence agents, Wall Street financiers, media moguls and tech entrepreneurs. Radical Democrats and establishment Republicans have teamed up to censor free speech, rig elections, and ruin the reputation of anyone who tries to stop them.
The Bible says this loss of freedom is an affliction God allows to wake people up and show them how far they have strayed from America’s founding principles (2 Kings 14:26-28).
